How to Place a Commercial Account for Collection
Follow these preparation steps before submitting an outstanding business account to Thrive Collection Services.
Prepare First, Then Complete the Placement Form
Use this guide to organize the information behind an unpaid commercial account. The dedicated placement form asks for your contact details, customer status and a description of the account situation. Have the debtor business details, current balance and supporting records available for discussion with TCS.

Gather the Details
Check business names, contact details, invoice dates and the current balance. Record previous payments or credits and identify any known dispute.
Complete the Form
Use the dedicated form, complete each required field and check your email address carefully. Describe the situation accurately and complete the required verification step.
Ask for Assistance
Ask TCS about service terms, fees or any additional records before proceeding. If a field is unclear, contact our team rather than entering information you cannot confirm.
Keep Supporting Records Available
The form begins the placement conversation; it does not require you to put every document into a general inquiry. Keep invoices, agreements and relevant account communication available and ask how to provide records when requested. Read the commercial debt collection guide for a more detailed checklist.
For debtor payment information, use the separate payment page.
